The gap
The gap we exist to close
Most digital work looks finished long before it actually works. The design is signed off while the site still loads in four seconds on a mid-range phone. The schema “validates” while the rich result never appears. The CRM ships, then strains the first time someone asks a compliance question.
That gap — between looks done and actually works — is almost always a code problem. We’re a team of engineers who got tired of watching projects fall into it, so we built an agency that starts where the problems actually are.

- Scan. We run Schema Preview and a fast technical pass on your live site, surfacing broken or missing structured data and the pages quietly losing rich-result eligibility.
- Score & prioritize. You get a one-page scorecard, then a fix backlog scored by impact vs. dev effort—written so engineers can act, not just marketers.
- Ship the fix. We implement in your codebase against clear acceptance criteria, with performance and accessibility targets baked in. Milestone-based, fixed timeline.
- Verify & hand over. We validate rich-result eligibility, confirm the wins in the SERP, and hand over docs, tests, and infra-as-code. Continue on retainer or call us when you need us.
